A gruesome case of killing has come to light in Alexandria where a rape accused has killed his accuser according to reports by WJLA . The suspect, Ibrahim E. Bouaichi, was released from the prison due to the growing COVID pandemic, and the victim was identified as Karla Elizabeth Dominguez Gonzalez.
After Gonzalez had testified against Bouaichi in December, last year, was indicted and held in prison without bond, according to the news outlet. According to the Washington Post report, the Circuit Court Judge Nolan Dawkins had released Bouaichi on a $25,000 bond, ordering him not to leave his Maryland home unless meeting with his lawyers or court officials.
The victim was shot to death on 29 July and it was Alexandria's first homicide of the year. As reported by WJLA, the police officers with the FBI's regional Violent Crimes Task Force spotted the suspect in Maryland and gave him a chase. He was recovered from inside the car that he crashed with a self-inflicted bullet wound and was taken to the hospital.
